How can I redeem my discount?

To redeem the discount in Stores:

Visit one of the Charlotte Tilbury Stores and choose your products
At the Point of Sale/Billing present your “PRO MAKE UP ARTIST” Card along with your ID for verification (Emirates ID, KSA National ID / Iqama, Kuwait Civil ID, Qatar National ID etc)
The Store Manager will check these details and approve your discount of 30%
IMPORTANT – Discounts will not be honoured without the PRO CARD and Verification ID and can be only redeemed and payed by the Pro Artist

To redeem the discount Online:

You will need to visit one of the Charlotte Tilbury Websites (e.g. )
Sign in or Sign up using the e-mail adress you provided to apply for this program
In the cart page/shopping bag, you can enter the card number mentioned on the back of your Pro Card in the “Promo Code” section. Note - the code will not work with any other e-mail adress apart from the one that has been registered for this program
The discount will be applied post this step. Note – only full priced products are eligible for this discount

Does my discount apply to all products?

Your 30% discount will be applicable on all full priced products. Your discount will not be applied to any products that have already been discounted, or service related products in stores.

What do I need to know about the membership?

Is the membership free?

Yes, membership to Charlotte Tilbury Pro is free.

How long is my membership valid for?

Your membership is valid for 1 year from the notification date of your successful application. You will be reminded of your expiry date every year and asked to re-apply.

How do I renew my membership?

Once expired, you will need to re-apply to join the Pro Program, by submitting a new application. More details will be shared on this soon.

Can I still receive samples on Charlotte Tilbury Stores or Online?

Yes, as a member of Charlotte Tilbury Pro you will still be able to choose samples across stores and online

Is there a limit on my PRO ARTIST Card?

Yes, the yearly limit would be – 20,000 AED/SAR/QAR | 1,700 KWD post discount.
